I find this mediocre while my friend finds the taste pretty good.
I had the shellfish soup pasta (S$11.80) and was happy with it! This would have been much better with some cut chilli in it or with lots of black pepper.
Oxtail penne (S$13.80) which was average.
Kinoko Aglio Olio (mushroom Aglio Olio) at S$9.80 that was nice!!
Escargots at S$8.80. Too greasy and the taste was just passable.
Apple and banana crumble with vanilla ice cream (S$6.80)
Mistake. Wrong choice. The apple and banana crumble were not hot enough and the ice cream was not cold enough.
So you don’t get that intriguing sensation of “hot meets cold” when you eat it.
Then the dessert portion was TOO BIG. I saw someone ordering the tiramisu and the jar was so huge!! I probably should be counting my blessings that it was value for money but
hell no (bad language censored) no folks! Nobody makes desserts like nearly half a main’s size. Too unappetising!
Taste wise, the dessert was nothing to shout about either. I’d shun their desserts from now on. Overall, hits and misses on the food.
